Are you looking to make your Instagram feed more uplifting and inspiring? Are you tired of feeling bad about yourself? Do you feel like you can’t relate to anyone you follow on Instagram? Instagram doesn’t have to be toxic. It can be a healthy tool for inspiration as long as you’re following the right people for you.
Personally, there are specific kinds of posts that I don’t like seeing on my feed, because they trigger negative thoughts in my brain.
Last year, I decided to clean up my Instagram feed by unfollowing people who were not inspiring me. Now, I’m a lot happier to go on Instagram, because I’m following people who inspire me to draw closer to God, live a healthier life, dress nice and take beautiful photos.
